Death of wild animals is an alarming development: In Hoogyam forest area in Hanur taluk, four cubs including the mother have died after eating the poisoned meat of a dead animal. Recently, two tiger cubs have also died without food in the Kaveri wildlife sanctuary. Also, the death of other forest animals including wildebeests and leopards in the forest area in the taluk is an alarming development. Therefore, the government should consider the case seriously.
